ノーザンライツ楓の会　理念・規約（Northern Lights Club OBJECTIVES AND MEMBERS’ RULES）
理念（OBJECTIVES）
1. ノーザンライツ楓の会は人種，信条、年齢、財産　　習慣　　社会的地位といった相違を超え日本人及びカナダ人が協力しあい、助け合いながら相互の理解を深めることを目的とする。
Northern Lights seeks to surpass issues of race, creed, age, economic status, customs and social standing in the Club’s primary objectives of bringing Japanese and Canadian people together in cooperation while continually deepening our understanding of each other’s difference.
2. ノーザンライツ楓の会は日本に住むカナダ人、カナダに住む日本人だけでなくカナダや日本以外に住む全世界のカナダ人及び、日本人との交流を目指す。それは北米、南米、アジア、アフリカ、ヨーロッパ、オーストラリア等も視野にいれる。
Northern Lights aims to provide a forum for interaction not only between Canadians living in Japan and Japanese living in Canada, but for Canadians and Japanese living all over the world. Our scope includes North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, etc.
入会規約（MEMBERS’ RULES）
1. 会員は定期的に出席するように心掛けもしそれが不可能な場合は前もって連絡するのが望ましい。
Members are required to attend events on a regular basis. When attendance is impossible, previous notice shall be given.
2. 各メンバーは会員同士の悪口、中傷にはくれぐれも注意し、負のネットワークにならないように気をつけましょう。
No member shall participate in slander or any other activity　 which would have a negative impact on the membership of the club.
3. 会員は会を利用して特定の宗教活動、特定の物品販売、販売活動をしないようにしましょう。
Members are prohibited from using the club for specific religious activities, or for the sale or promotion of specific goods.
4. 会員の住所、電話番号等はプライバシーに属するものであり、会員が本部に問い合わせても情報は得られないものとする。このような場合は、本人に直接会って聞くべきである。
Addresses and telephone number of the members are kept in strict confidence, and requests for this information to the Club headquarters must be refused．Such requests are best made directly to the individual.
5. 会員同士の異性間のトラブルの責任は一切負いかねます。　また金銭上のトラブルも同じです。
The club cannot accept any responsibility for personal or financial problems stemming from relationships between members.
6. 会員同 士の噂話やスキャンダルには気をつけて無責任な情報を流さないようにしましょう。
Members shall refrain from spreading unaccountable which could result in rumours or scandals.
7. 会員は会の向上をはかりプラスなネットワーク作りに力を注ぎましょう。
Members should make every effort to create a positive network within the club.
